TMT extra Heavy Duty Slugging / Striking Wrenches are designed for use with hammers where impact or shock loading is required for loosening frozen and rusty nuts and bolts. TMT has insured that our Slugging Wrenches will hold up to the enormous loads typically seen when using them as back wrenches in conjunction with our hydraulic torque wrenches.

TMT slugging wrenches are duly forged from superior grade chrome vanadium steel. The blanks are duly machined with the wrench openings broached to tolerance as per specifications. TMT slugging wrenches undergo a heat treatment process including stress relieving before undergoing short blasting and surface finish operations.

These slugging wrenches are machined out to exact wrench opening sizes within close tolerance and are subjected to double cycle heat treatment for stress relieving hardenings and tempering to achieve optimum hardness. TMT slugging wrenches are guaranteed for superior performance and durability.
